card blocked any ideas

I payed for an item yesterday and at the same time it refused to pay for another item and another since then as well. I contacted nationwide (my account holder) as advised. They say the error code said my expiry date is incorrect. I have tried updating my account info despite the fact i know it to be correct and i have double checked it with nationwide. It says my card is blocked. I have only got one card and the info is correct what do i do now please as i have to pay for these items or lose them.

You would need to contact customer support for assistance as they can review your account information.  Unfortunately that's not something that can be done thru the community forum.
