Where would the money go after it is released??

Hi all, I'm new here on ebay and Paypal

I sold my item, received money and already waited until my money was released.

However, I don't know where it is now!! it doesn't appear on the paypal balance nor my bank account.

Do I miss anything about paypal system? Please let me know

Hi there so your money was in your paypal balance and now its not is that right?

If so have you bought anything and used paypal to pay for it since that money was released?

Cus if so paypal always take from your balance first if there are funds in there before your selected funding source.

To check go and look at the details of any of your recent buying transactions and see how they were funded, i suspect some of them were partly or completely from your paypal balance.

Oh, actually there was a transaction but before the fund was released. I'm not sure if it's relevant.

I bought something on 21st May but the fund was avaliable on 22nd May.

Is it possible that the 22nd fund was used to pay the transaction on 21st?

How can I check that?

Go and look in your paypal overview > click on the last few transactions "details" one by one and see how the funding was sourced.
