Guys what should i do ? Im scared

 

So i was trying to add a DEBIT/CREDIT card to my paypal account , it was asking for the 4 letter code that i recieved on my bank account so i typed it in and kept retyping it thinking i was misspelling something wrong. Little did i know it said one more chance or else card will be blocked ... now i try to type in the details of my debit card and it says "We're sorry, we can't add this card. Please try adding a different card to your account."

 

PLEASE SOMEONE HELP 😞

Contact customer services and ask them to re-set the card and re-send the code.

 

 

Click on the words "Contact" at the bottom of your paypal account summary page and use the phone option (if there is one in the country you are in) > click on the "call us" option on the left (fees "may" apply so check the cost with your phone tariff first, as you sometimes have to wait a while to connect).

When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent or say the word "agent".



OR have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.

You would not want me anywhere near your paypal account as i don't work for paypal   Smiley Wink
