Got this when making a £50 payment to a friend

Spent hours trying to work out why because PayPal give no explanation and only give an "Auto Response" if you email them (they ask you to phone so you can waste more time and money) .

THEY KNOW BUT WON'T TELL YOU - DO THEY GIVE A S**T ABOUT THEIR REPUTATION ?

Have you managed to complete this payment yet?

There are a couple of reasons why a payment may be refused, are your card details up to date under 'Profile' ? 

Also, are you logging in from  your home/secure PC?

I have sopken to PAYPAL (not much of a pal now) but their servers are not talking to each other!

Basically PAYPAL has broken down!

Ofcourse no spaces lol, but i can help. The issue is u are sending payments too soon or sending money between yourself.. correct?
