I use ebay and paypal a lot, this week Iv brought two item and everything went as normal. But I brought something today and everything went fine, on my my paypal transaction its listed as complete, and on ebay the transaction is listed as complete and I have an email reciept from paypal and I just got a message from the seller saying the transaction hadnt gone through. This is the only thing saying there is a problem, and no where else has there been anything flagged as unordinary. so what do I do? this is the first problem I have ever had with a transaction...
