Just sold my first item on Ebay. The buyer sent me an email to say she had sent the money. However when I logged into paypal there is no money received? I checked my ebay account and realised my ebay was linked to my dads account. So we both checked my dads account and there is no money received on this also?
I re-confirmed with the buyer she had sent it through paypal and she said she has. At the side of my ebay is says £10.00 received .... does anyone know what this means. I am so confused where this money has gone/ why the payment is not in any of the paypal accounts?!
The money is sent to the email address you add in the paypal box in the payment section in your auctions.
Go and find the transaction in your “my ebay” > click to the right where it says sell similar > don't fill in anything just scroll down to the payments section > look in the paypal box > is the email addy in there correct with no spelling mistakes? If so then it would have been wrong on your finished auctions so come back for more advice.
