I set up my first ebay items using the ebay app and thought paypal was fine as it has always worked for me when I used ebay from my laptop. however the first item I sold, the buyer has reported this - "paypal is saying that the payment is unclaimed" - I have no idea how to sort this or where to go to sort this - paypal or ebay account?
