Contact your buyers and ask if the payment their end is showing as either.
1. Unclaimed or
2. Unclaimed with a cancel option.
If the latter then tell them to cancel the payment and reinvoice them with the correct email addy. Tell them that their cancelled payment will take a few days to go back to their funding source.
If it unclaimed without the cancel option then the payment will only be returned to them 30 days after payment as long as it is not claimed.
If it is claimed and becomes completed they will need to file for item not received via the resolution tab in their paypal account. as the payment would have gone to someone other than you and they would not be sending them anything.
Next time you sell something make sure you change the email addy in the paypal box during the listing process and check it every time you list to sell.
