I Sold an item a couple of weeks ago and the buyer has made the payment and transaction has been completed. However, the payment won't show up on my PayPal balance yet two other payments I have recieved from selling two other items are showing up the total sum on my PayPal balance. I'm confused as to why that payment isn't showing because I can't withdraw it!
