My refund still stating pending after 8 days!

Hi

I was sent a refund for a ebay purchase but when i checked the status it said pending until the 13th Dec but still is showing back on my debit card?? Ive never had problems receiving a refund before.

Yes but my bank said if it was gonna go in it would have shown first thing

But your bank does not know how long the payment would take to clear from the senders bank account do they?

Also the refund would only go back to your bank account if you funded the original payment via a debit card.

If you funded it via instant bank transfer then it will be credited back to your paypal balance.
