Issues receiving payment through Express Checkout (CubeCart 4)

Hi,

 

Our CubeCart-powered website uses the PayPal Express Checkout module however payments are occassionally failing primarily due to the requiring of a PayPal confirmed address.

 

PayPal shows the customer an error saying their address isn't confirmed, and the error provides a link for the customer to return to PayPal to confirm their address. After clicking the link PayPal.com would show their address as already verified. Our website designer has had this error himself and I know that his address is verified, but the payment won't go through.
