Incoming monies are lost!

My brother in the US has paid me £380 - same as every month (I am a UK account holder, verified, etc).

 

This month he has paid the usual monies and they cleared his US bank on 22 Feb, but they have never shown up in my PayPal AC.

 

He thinks I am taking the Michael...I have a transaction ID and the email he got from PPal. This has always happened instantly in the past.

 

I have tried to contact PayPal, but after jumping through hoops I emailed them 24 hours ago, I have yet to even get an ACK.

Hi there GlassFeet,

 

That's a strange one- ask him what email address he has sent the payment to, even a slight spelling error will mean the payment doesn't clear to your account. 

 

If he contacts us directly we can review it from his end.
