HELP !!!. Feel very let down and dont know what to do

Paypal has unexpectedly put all my business funds in to a resrve which i cant access.

My business will fail due to this , i cant pay any bills , cant pay my workers , have no cashflow for managing orders. I feel absolutly gutted as i have worked so so hard building my business up and now it will be shut down due to paypal holding all my funds without giving me any notice.

Right now i feel like killing my self , paypal wont respond to my emails i have done nothing wrong at all i am an honset man i really dont know what to do.

All my workers will have to be laid off and my premises closed.

OK no one on this forum can help you with this as we don't have access to your paypal account and have no answer to why this has happened.

But please don't do anything silly, even when problems seem the worst ever you can get through them, life is full of challenges and you can be at rock bottom but then things get better.

Can you do 2 things.

1. Phone paypal and talk to them and when you do stay calm and try and sort the problem.  If you don't get anywhere with an agent then politely ask for a supervisor. The temptation is to be angry but try and control that.

Go to contact us bottom of paypal pages and put in account problems and phone the number given > when you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get an agent. 

2. If you are feeling really low then The Samaritans are fantastic to talk to.
