This is crazy,

I have not do such transcation,

and I have recevied the email regards to this payment.

I have sent the ticket to Paypal as well as my bank.

and I have google this Facebook Lreland, Ltd.

it seems like to happen with Paypal.

There are several hacked cases already.

I have no idea how this happen, this is the first time happen to me

I have a huge concern to whether to use paypal again in the future,

if they do not figure this out and not cancel this trancation.

Edit: I also found this topic through google, didn't notice this is a uk forum....

I have recently been charged fees by Facebook Ireland Ltd. The charge is for promoting my business page.

Have you clicked (or inadvertantly clicked) the "promote" button near to and under a new status post. This is a fee-for-service advertisement by Facebook. It reaches not only people that like your Facebook Page but also all their friends.

Have you had one of those mysterious statuses pop up from an organisation you didn't invite on Facebook? These are promoted or sponsored advertisements. You have been charged for this service on your Facebook Page.

It just happened to me too. And it was a really significant account. This is terrible. I don't even play games in facebook.

Noone using facebook in my house plays games there.

I really hope I get a refund for this otherwise I will be really really mad both at facebook AND Paypal for not blocking or asking for extra confirmation when paying this account.

JUST TERRIBLE. for large companies like that to steal from common people like us... its unheard of and its plain theft.

Hi xray1986,

Welcome to the Community Forum!

If you are seeing payments on your account that you don't recognise, I recommend that you report them as unauthorised.

If you go to your 'Resolution Centre' and click 'report a problem', PayPal will happily investigate them for you!

Over the space of 24 hours i have been charged £37.90 twice totalling £75.80. I logged into my email that im registered on PayPal with to find 2 'Transaction' Confirmations. I have sunsequently removed my Credit Card from PayPal. I once thought PayPal was a secure way to be able to pay for things online. However after seeing that PayPal has just allowed money to be taken from my account without asking for any type of authorisation or even giving me the option to cancel the payment I doubt I will be using this again. Faith and trust lost.

I have 'diputed' the transactions that took place. It says that it can takle up to 10 days **bleep** that will happen and the money will leave my account.

I will be also ringing PayPal to speed up this process as i still have time to freeze these payments.

As of yet i have not seen any replies confirming wether PayPal was able to refund these transactions that people have inccured. Has anyone been successful?

I don't understand this "Facebook Ireland, Ltd. (The recipient of this payment is Non-U.S. - Verified)" sending a fake paymant, and i lost my money -$78.93 USD (equals -18,330 HUF). I live in hungary a small money and this company robed my life...  Some time i buy in e-bay and the e-bay send the pay pall page authorize the transaction and now i doesn't.

And the most pretty I don't have a FaceBook I never use the page, I don't have FB account.

Please help you to get your money back!

I too am now having this problem! I DID authorise two payments (in December) for less than 1 POUND EACH! but I did NOT set up an agreement for any more yet I recieved an email from Paypal (not facebook) on 21st of Feb 2014 telling me I was now 114.76 POUNDS IN ARREARS as I did not have the funds in the bank but they had already paid Facebook on the 15th!!! All they can say is "Contact Facebook" Well I've been trying but I can't get any way to contact them! Surely if Paypal pay them they should know how to contact them???
