My credit card is being declined from PayPal probably because I've not even activated a pin or anything for it. But in the mean time, I have a small company and people are wanting to pay for the stuff I am selling. I was wondering if it's possible just to receive money without buying anything or using a debit/credit card.
Yes you can receive funds without adding your card to your PayPal account. You will need to ensure that your email address is confirmed in order to receive funds.
Also I would recommend that you contact the online authorisation team at your bank to see why your card is being declined.
