Customising the 'Your Recent Transactions' view

Hi,

Sorry if this has been asked before. I've searched the help files and the forum but haven't found an answer.

Is it possible to customise the 'Your Recent Transactions' or any of the 'Transactions' views when you log into PayPal?

We need to be able to see our shopping cart number to match the sale in our shopping cart software (a long story but we use Actinic and can't get PayPal's transactions to pass the payment info through to Actinic).

Many thanks for any help,

Matt

Hey There, I have spoken to someone here in our Integration team. They suggest that you go to the History Log in your PayPal, select the range of transaction info you require and download a CSV.

All the order data will be in this file, and you can filter it there.

Here's how to view your transaction history.

  1. Go to www.paypal.co.uk and log in to your account.
  2. Click 'History' near the top of the page.

You can view the 'All activity' page in your History log. You can also click the links near the top of the page to view 'Recent Activity' or to find an individual transaction.

From the 'History' page, you can download your account's History log:

  1. Click 'CSV' to download your History.
  2. Choose the date range of transactions you'd like to download and select the file type you want to save your History as.
  3. Click 'Download.'

Premier and Business account holders can customise their History before downloading it from the 'History' page, here's how:

  1. Click 'Download History,' which appears in the 'More' drop-down list.
  2. Click 'Customise Download Fields (not available for PDF)'
  3. Click the information you want to download and click 'Save.'
