Customer paid into wrong (non existant) account...How do we retrieve funds?

I allowed my daughter to list a few items on my ebay account but she put what she thought was my paypal address.....but it wasn't! Now we have some payments been made to it and my customers only see a message stating that the funds are waiting to be claimed, but I can't as it is not a current paypal account. How do my customers get there their money back so they can pay into the correct account?

Ask your buyers if they are able to cancel the payments first, if they can then you can then either" request money" sending them an invoice to your correct email address, or  use the "send money"  tab to pay to your correct email address.

 

If they are able to cancel their payment could take a few days to be returned back to them, you must let them know that because they might not want to pay again until they see they have their first payment back 

 

Remember to change your paypal email address on future listings or change on any listings now without bids
