Credit card can't be added

Hi Paypal, and community,

When i try and add my credit card to my account it tells me that i have already added it to another, which i am pretty sure, i haven't. I tried again with another credit card, my moms, and the same exact message came up, that i have already added it to another account,

I can't even write to the customer support due to the last 3 digit thing.

What do i do? Please help!

You have to contact (phone works best vs email) customer support for issues of this nature.  They have the capability to view your account and assist.
