Hello, I unintentionally create a premier account. My friend sent me some money but I cant use it to shop online because I did not have a credit card yet.
Any solution to change my account back to personal account?
This issue is not relating to the account type. It sounds like you need to verify your account. This is the same process regardless of if you have a Premier or Personal account.
To become Verified, log in to your PayPal account and click the 'Get Verified' link on your Account Overview page and follow the on-screen instructions.
