Hello there

I have an issue with my UK debit card. Here is the issue:

I am from Cyprus and I have set up a Paypal account which have my Cypriot Cards successfully entered.

I have moved to the UK now and I have a UK debit card. I made the mistake of trying to add the UK debit card to my current paypal account and it was obviously unsuccessfull. I therefore created a new paypal account listing my current resident country to the UK and tried adding my debit card in the new UK paypal account. I always receive the error "We're sorry, but that credit card can't be linked to additional PayPal accounts. Please link a different credit card".

I check my Cypriot Paypal account and the UK debit card is not even there to delete or alter.

And the million dollar question is: How can I now enter my UK debit card in my new UK Paypal account?

I hope that was not extremely confusing 🙂

You need to contact customer support for assistance.  The system recognised the attempt to link the card to wrong account and as a security precaution, won't allow you to use it.  You need to call to get help.
