Cannot find the payment i made

help.....i made a payment last night for goods, but cannot find anywhere on my account, even in sent payments, that was was made......how long does it take to show up on account that you have sent a payment....all rather confusing..

It should show up for you right away if all goes to plan so I'm guessing there is an issue with your transaction or your account.

My advice would be to contact our Customer Services as they will be able to see your account while speaking to you.
