Hi Sir, I'm having a problem with adding my card again in paypal. Earlier, I have added a credit card here but I;ve noticed I placed the wrong expiration date in the form and CANNOT edit it again so I removed it. So, when I tried to add the card again with the correct informations, it says that
"This card has been disabled for entry into the PayPal system. Please add a different card. You may also contact us using this form."
😞 Please Reply and help me regarding this. I'm totally new to this. PLease fix this as I don't have any other credit cards to use except this one THANKS IN ADVANCE. Your help and reply mean the world to me .Thanks.!!

I ALSO TRIED SENDING AN EMAIL TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN PAYPAL BUT WHEN I'M SENDING THE MESSAGE IT SAYS THAT "Please enter valid last 4 digits" , though i TYPED it CORRECTLY 😞 THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING > PLEASE HELP..

Hi my name is Jim. I have the same problem with this guys, I'm new to adding debit card on paypal I accidentally remove it but when I add my debit card again, I can't add it anymore it always prompt me an error saying "This card has been disabled for entry into the PayPal system. Please add a different card. You may also contact us using this form."
I recieve the verification number on my bank account but I cant use it anymore since I can't add my debit card to my paypal.. Please I need your utmost help. I'm very frustrated. If ever an admin or customer representative read my problem please email me on what to do with this kind of situation.. PLEASE100x! Help me. I really need to add my debit card on my paypal.

I'm so frustated! I am trying to add a new debit card to my original bank account details. It responds with the message that 'This card cannot be added. Please add a different card.' Why? And, what are my options as I only have this card now as the last one expired. I've deleted the old card details and checked all my other details are up to date. I'd be very grateful for any help please.

HI, i'm from Romania. My card has been disabled for entry into the PayPal system, I tried to create another paypal account to verfy if its an issue with my account, but it wasnt. My last transanction was on 12th of Octomber and from there on i can't make any trasancation.
Please replay regarding on this issue, i want to know what happen, if it's my mistake or i need another card.

I am sorry to hear this. This sound like these cards are permanently disabled for use in our system I am afraid.
As a security precaution, when you add a card to your PayPal account, we cross-check the information that you've provided with the information your card issuer has on file, such as your billing address and CVV code. IF your card has failed our cross-check on several occasions because the card information you provided to us didn't match those of your card issuer.
This is an irreversible decision. However, to fund your payments you can still:
- Add a different debit or credit card to your account. (Even prepaid cards can be used, but we only advise using a prepaid card on PayPal if it offers a statement service)
- Add and confirm your bank account
I ask that you please try to add a different card to your PayPal account.

I have tried to pay for a PayPal invoice for three days now. It was urgent 3 days ago. PayPal blocked my credit card. I emailed them, got two responses both telling me the same thing. Use the same computer (I do), pay only paypal invoices (it is one), use a secure connection (it is my private secure network), make payments from your country of residence (I am at home). They said it had nothing to do with my creditworthiness (which is confirmed by my bank) but because of a security issue or unusual payment. Which is rubbish, I have made payments while travelling in different countries from my iphone without problems. I have made large payments without problem. If there was a problem then why did they not call me or email me instead of permanently blocking my card. The respondents to my emails assured me that my card would be good for future transactions, yet when I logged in and tried to pay this invoice (which is on my account information overview) it was once more rejected. If Paypal continues this way then it is absolutely useless as it is giving me a poor reputation as a bad payer. How do I sort this out. What is more frustrating is that there is no 24hr service, so when we (in Africa) are working the call office in the US is closed.
