American Express Prepaid - Sending Money

Is there a way to send money to someone using a 25$ prepaid American Express card?

I am aware of the security and stuff, and if not, am I able to add this card to my account and how?

Hi iHydrosome, 

As far as I am aware you should be able to add your prepaid card to your PayPal account. You will need to ensure that you add the card with the currency of USD. 

To add your card please go to your Profile and click on the "money section".
