Am I being scammed?

I think I'm being scammed. I was selling a mobile phone on Ebay and someone brought it with the buy it now price of £60.00, she then asked me for my Paypal ID which I thought was weird as payment could be made through Ebay, I gave it to her anyways, and then I got an email saying £90.00 had been added to my Paypal, yet my Paypal balance is £0.00. I then recieved another email saying that the funds won't appear in my account until I prove I've shipped the item. The woman who wants me to send this is "currently on missionary work in Hawaii" but she wants me to send it to Nigera for her "Pastors Son". So I am about to email her and tell her cancel the payment I'm not shipping it. I don't care about her giving me bad feedback or anything like that. I'm not risking losing my goods and money. But also I've just checked Ebay and they only opened the Ebay account yesterday. Weird much! But she seems very pushy also. Telling me to send it today before the post office closes, this was at 11pm last night, now I've never heard of a post office being open at 11pm on a Sunday night. She was very shady about giving me the postal address also until I recieved this email "from Paypal" saying I've got funds.

This is what part of the email says - Which I found strange

For security purposes, This payment is pending because it was sent in a currency in which you do not currently hold a balance. The funds has  been removed from the buyer's account which will be credited to your PayPal account as soon as we receive the shipment reference number to avoid fraud because many sellers don't ship the items after their accounts have been credited. To complete this transaction, get back to us with the Shipment Reference Number so that we can verify that the item has been shipped and transfer the funds deducted from the buyer's PayPal account to your account. If you have any question or you want to send the Shipment details contact us at PayPal  payMerchant  You can also send the Shipment  Reference Number to the buyer if you want.

It's a scam. If you look at their email that they sent it isn't from PayPal. Their name is service@ intl.paypal.com but their email is something diff like the guy that tried to do it to me was onlinelinktransfer@ mail2consultant.com They're trying to get you to pay them money for 'shipping' when it just goes straight into their pockets. Hope this helps!

I am currently have hassle from 2 emails saying they are contacting the police for fraud, I have replied telling them to stop contacting me or I will notify my local police but they continue to bombard me with emails.  Is there anything I can do?

Thanks

Ignore and delete the emails. Replying just encourages them.

They are normally international so threats to call police over here is pretty meaningless.

Once they know the threats are not going to work as you are ignoring them they will stop.
