Account verification

I have now rung my bank 3 times & been into town to the bank twice (all costing me money) & my 'random amounts' still haven't been paid in, since last Thu: (now Wed:) so I am unable to verify my account.  However I have bought an item (not from Ebay) & that amount is shown & has left my account.

Hi there NewMO,

 

If you have still not received the random deposits to complete the verification of your bank account on PayPal, it sounds to me that you have not successfully requested them to be sent to your bank.

 

When you are on the bank verification page, you will see a link that says Set Up Direct Debit. You need to click this link and submit the form before the deposit amounts are sent to your bank account.

 

If you did previously submit this form, there could be a delay in the deposits being processed to your account by your bank. If you have still not received the deposit amounts, you should try contacting customer services directly and we can investigate it further on your behalf in order to try and get the bank account verified for you.
