Was not a duplicate of the whole thing,
Maybe you can put a poll on the site to ask users or send out a satisfaction email when the 2 hour email goes out asking if cuustomers are happy with your service
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
