I understand that you have encountered difficulties in adding your Payoneer account to your PayPal account and I would like to clarify this situation for you. From June 10, 2014, it is no longer possible to add a Payoneer account to your PayPal account. For more information, please contact Payoneer directly and find out from your local bank what transfer options are available to you with PayPal in your country. You can still add another type of card to your PayPal account, if you want to send money.
