How does the program work? Spend $5000 or more with PayPal in 12 months and boom—you’re automatically enrolled. Once you’re in, your membership is good for 12 months. To keep your Advantage status active, you’ll have to spend $5000 yearly with PayPal.

 

What do I get out of the program? We asked around, listened closely to what Top Customers wanted, and tailored a program specifically to you.

  • You told us you care most about priority customer support. You now have a dedicated team in the U.S. who answers your calls first and has what it takes to resolve your issues quickly. The Advantage hotline number is listed at the top of every page of your member site.

We launched an exclusive Advantage community where you can interact with each other—and the Advantage team—and where we’ll invite PayPal leaders to participate in Ask the Expert live chat sessions with you. We’re also holding exclusive events just for you. Check back for upcoming locations and dates.
  • You told us you care about exclusive offers and early access to promotions. You can count on us to stay on top of all the communications PayPal sends. And when it comes to offers and promotions, we’ll make sure that you, our Top Customers, receive something extra or better than other PayPal customers do.
