Very DISAPPOINTED in PayPal's LACK of attention to detail (a VERY BIG detail!)!!!

I have been a PayPal Advantage member for quite a while now, but never visited this website until a few weeks ago. I hadn't been aware that I was eligible for any "benefits" other than premium customer service, so I spent some time looking everything over on the Advantage site. After clicking on "Benefits" in the middle of the top options,  followed by clicking on "VIP Offers & Rewards", I saw 4 offers or rewards - the same 4 that are there today. On the bottom left it said "Open a student account and receive $15" I'm interested in this so decide to check it out. Upon reading the terms and conditions I see: "Receive $15 when you set up a recurring transfer into your Student Account no later than September 30, 2011 ("Offer"). Offer begins August 30, 2010 at 12:00:00 AM PST and ends September 30, 2011 at 11:59:00 PM PST...." This annoys me greatly, because of there aren't many benefits to start with, and here one of them is already expired!! So, I call and speak with a PayPal Advantage agent, expressing my disgruntlement. She apologizes and assures me that she'll make sure this information is corrected right away. THAT WAS THREE WEEKS AGO!!!, but the SAME information is STILL THERE!!! Is anyone else extremely disappointed in PayPal, especially the "Advantage" division of it,  like I am???  Link (and then click on "VIP offers & Rewards"): https://www.paypal-promo.com/advantage/benefits.html
