PLEASE FIX STAMPS.COM PAYPAL IMPORT NOT WORKING

Paypal's Multiorder Shipping does not import packing slip info properly.  So I waste literally hours printing packing slips because there is no fast way to do it.  This is quadrupling my order processing time.  As a last resort, I have looked for another way to process shipping labels and packing slips of both my Paypal and Google checkout orders. 

 

  • Paypal item information (name, price, options) does NOT properly import into my Stamps.com shipping account.    Stamps.com has confirmed that it is a problem with Paypal's database field permissions.  I believe Stamps.com is right because Paypal's OWN order information doesn't import properly into their OWN Multiorder shipping.   All the imported packing slips in multiorder shipping list item information(name, options, etc) as "n/a". 

 

  • Google checkout information exports PERFECTLY to Stamps.com-- I import Google orders and print ALL labels and invoices at the same time in a total of TWO clicks through Stamps.com.

The next step if Paypal doesn't fix this problem with their order database is that I will have to stop accepting Paypal payments because I can't keep adding so much time to my overhead. As a regular person, I don't want to do that, I want to support Paypal and have used it for years and years.  But as a business woman, I need this fixed or I have to make changes.
