Mulitple Business Accounts and IPNs?

Is this allowed and can Paypal Advantage be enabled on that account without reaching the $5,000 thresold?

I know PayPal will sometimes upgrade personal accounts to Paypal Advantage without reaching the $5,000 thresold. (through some type of review process) Don't know what the deal is with other types of accounts and such though.
