you can not withdraw this amount message

Dear All,

Can anyone please give some advice regarding amount withdrawling from paypal to debit card added.

Whenever I've tried a message 'you can not withdraw this amount' appears.

I'm from Bulgaria and I have added a debit card tought I have not still received a verification code from my bank.Could this be the reason for above message?

Thanks for posting in the forum and apologies for the delay. It sounds like you need to complete some steps in order to lift the withdrawal limit on your account. 

To view the limits that apply to your account, or to lift your Withdrawal Limit, follow these steps:

1. Go to www.paypal.com and log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click See how much you can send with Paypal near the bottom of the page.
3. To lift your withdrawal limit, follow the instructions.
