withdrawing paypal balance

can any one help me im trying to withdraw money from my paypal account and transfer it to my bank account it will not let me do it!! i was told when i foned i had to wait till they took £1 out of my account to confirm i was who i sed and i would recieve a 4 digit code that i would have to enter on paypal under confirm account i have done this and still cant transfer money!

Hi, i am having the same problem.My account is verified now.I put in the amounts they asked for but still cannot withdraw.

Each time i try i am asked to put in my bank account details so i do again and again only to be told the account is already registered.Frustrating .
