can any one help me im trying to withdraw money from my paypal account and transfer it to my bank account it will not let me do it!! i was told when i foned i had to wait till they took £1 out of my account to confirm i was who i sed and i would recieve a 4 digit code that i would have to enter on paypal under confirm account i have done this and still cant transfer money!
