Another option is to export your transaction history to a CSV file. Then you can use an app like Excel to sort and manage the data. See this user guide for tips on reports and the export process (it's really easy).
As this is a member to member help forum, we don't have access to user account info or details so unfortunately we really don't know what is going on with your account. We can suggest that you contact customer support direct with your concerns as they can look at your information.
Just a heads-up, I tried four or five times before it finally downloaded in an Adobe doc. It would be nice to have it in CSV, but I don't see the option (could just be me missing it). Keep trying!

Is there any resolution to this? I don't have an Annual Summary report either. I could understand if maybe you hadn't been on Paypal for a year or something, but I've been with you a decade.

Can someone from PayPal please explain how they can pull up the annual financial report please? because all I see is monthly reports......which is meaningless
I was pulling my hair out but I found it! Make sure you click on classic site. Then click on more and choose Monthly Account Reports. At the top is offers more reports and it's there or you can go back to reports home page! Geeze! What a pain. Why do they always change things that aren't broken!
