"Pending Review" for PAN and "Your purchase couldn't be completed" on my paypal link

Hi,

I have created paypal account a month ago still my account in "Pending Review"

I have added PAN and it verified.

And when I am clicking on my paypal link it shows "Your purchase couldn't be completed"

It may reason for first problem pending review.

Could anybody please suggest  it to solve this problem
