I withdrew money to my bank account 3 days ago and it remained pending. I called paypal and was told if I allowed them to cancel the withdrawal and then did the transaction again I would have it in 2 hours. Now i being told it will be another 3 days and there is nothing I can do. Any ideas of how I get my money? When I asked to be transferred to a complaints dept. I was told that us not possible.
