hi, i was just wondering if someone can explain to me how the recieving funds works, i was sent a text yesterday to say a buyer had made an instant payment, but when i logged into paypal just now it says my balance is 0.00, so if anyone has an answer please i would appreciate it, thanks

Hi sarah_egbunine

To receive a payment the buyer needs your ppal email address nothing more

When you receive a payment you will receive a confirmation email from ppal

You will also see it in your account straight away

Do not ship your item before you see cleared payment in your account

Beware of scammers asking you to ship, and sending you fake emails supposedly from ppal
