I have return an item I bought from ebay and got a full refund. I can see it on my account that I got money back but my balance shows me 0.00 and there is nothing yet on my bank account either. Where is my money then? I just wanted transfer those amount to my bank account but I cannot do it cause my balance is 0.00000 ??????
