I transfered $10 into my own paypal balance from my debit, but why is it on hold? im not an ebay seller. also im also unable to purchase anything with my paypal account, most likely because of the $10 on hold
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
