This is what my account says and i was wonderig if i dont add the funds will i get any fees for not adding funds or will i just noy be able to use my account

You won't get fees, you just won't be able to use this or any other paypal account in the future.

BUT if you don't resolve the debt then paypal sell it to a debt collection agency who will try and recover the debt.

As soon as it is passed on then the agencies fees are added to the debt.
