As long as you have a bank account linked and confirmed to your PayPal account, you can top up by going to your Summary page, finding the PayPal Balance on the left, and clicking "Add funds". There's two ways of doing it- "We move money" is simpler for you but will take 5-7 working days to clear, and "You move money" requires you to do a bit of work via online banking, but will be in your PayPal account instantly.
