can't withdraw from my paypal to my visa card

i have link my visa card to my paypal yet still cant withdraw funds from my account it keeps telling me cant process right now try later i have retry till now not working please any help ???

You can't withdraw to a card in the UK.

You can only withdraw to a linked bank account.
