Hello. I am new here so I dont know where to start. It appears that i cannot receive more than cca 260$ in one payment. The issue is that paypal is trying to automatically tranfer money to my bank card and my bank is denying it. I tried to contact paypal throught "contact us" button; but all Im receiving is automatically generated message. Who am I supposed to talk to? My bank said that I should contact paypal but all Im receiving are answers that are not helping.
