Withdrew money into Lloyds TSB under 19s account (stupid me)

I sold a laptop on eBay for about £550, money came into paypal account - all good.

I clicked withdraw funds or whatever it is, and it withdrew all my money into an unconfirmed under 19s account held by Lloyds TSB - which it turns out is my default.
This is an issue, because I was under the impression that the account would have been closed on my 19th birthday.
Not only that, but Lloyds TSB doesn't exist anymore, so where the **bleep** has my money gone? 

This was about a month ago, been on the phone to both banks (Lloyds and TSB) and paypal, and no one seems to know, I just keep getting told to check with the other bank. 

Paypal was very good to begine with, got something called an FPID and was told to ask to talk to the FPS (Faster Payments Service) department of the bank, but again, none of the banks recognise anything called an FPID, and I have since had no help from further paypal calls.

Any help from anyone who has gone through something similar? 

Did you get it resolved or not?

Called them up yesturday and from what I could understand from the phone call, that is what they're doing. I did also ring up again today and asked them if they had any more information about the account that the money was withdrawn to and I was rewarded with it's sort code, some success!

Looked the sort code up online, belongs to a Lloyds branch in a town i used to live in 10 years ago. Called Lloyds as well, to give them this new information and they told me that the last four digits of the account number do not match any of the accounts I have had or have ever had, including the under 19s account. 

It's something!
