Withdrew money from paypal into Santander back but still not received

I'm new to eBay and paypal I sold 5 items and received the money via paypal I then transferred the money into my Santander bank account the message came up it will be in my account by the 4th august 2011 yet checked again today and no sign of the money ? I've looked at my paypal account and it says completed can anyone help thanks

Hi Im new to all this aswell.

But I withdrew money from PayPal & sent it to my Santander account on the 4th August & like you sed the PayPal status is showing as completed but the money isn't in my bank either. 

I have sent a Email to PayPal so maybe you should aswell.

Thanks for the reply I checked my paypal account yesterday and four that all the money had been returned to my paypal account with a £0.50 charge added ?? So I rang paypal the man had no idea on why it was returned but kept asking if I had a U.S.A bank account ? I told him no and his response was this normally happens if it's a U.S.A bank account so I'm still none the wiser he said just try again

@ Davidlewis12012 - I've seen this happen in the past when a dispute is opened up while we are processing your withdrawal. Disputes as a Seller usually lead to a negative balance, to avoid this our system would cancel an withdrawals not currently completed. To cover the costs of failed bank withdrawals, PayPal charges a fee of 50p.

@Steph88 - If it's showing as 'completed' then it means it has left the PayPal system and is currently with your bank. If it hasn't been sorted by now then please let me know and I will look into it
