I'm having the same issue. I processed a withdrawal on 17th but as this was a Sunday I'm assuming it wasn't actioned until Monday. Tuesday would then be day one, Wednesday day two, Thursday day three............if the transfer takes 4 days then Friday and Monday are bank holidays so the funds won't be in my account until Tuesday. I think you'll have a similar situation.
Sorry for the delayed response. A withdrawal should show in your bank account within 2-3 working days after the transaction shows completed. The delay will have been due to the bank holidays!
