Does anybody know why every single withdrawal I make from my PayPal account to my bank account is taking 72hours?
I know the guidance given is that withdrawals normally happen within 2hours but some can take up to 72 hours as some transactions are subject to a further review.
I have made approximately 6 or 7 withdrawals over the last few weeks and every single one has taken 72 hours.
Just wondering if there is a specific reason for this?
If you withdraw as soon as the buyer has paid then it happens more often.
This is because when a buyer pays its never instant > paypal credit the funds to you and then paypal take the wait for those funds to transfer from the buyers funding source ie bank account.
So if you withdraw straightaway then paypal may slow it down to allow the buyers funds to play catch up.
