Withdrawing Money in macedonia

Okey, i'm new here, well i just want to ask is there a way to withdraw money in Macedonia, i know maybe there is post's like this and ik that some years ago in Macedonia that we can't withdraw the money..
Soo i want to know that now if i receive money on my paypal, can i withdraw them in Macedonia? 

and if yes explain me what's that bank where i can withdraw the money

And yes, sorry for the bad english i hope you will understand, if not just hit me up ill try to explain again 😞

You can only send payments in your country.

You can't receive or withdraw funds.

Click on the link below and select the country you want from the drop down list for options available in that country.

Why? i ask one of my friends on the internet, and i got answer like  he withdraw money from paypal to his credit card.. he sends me a screenshot too as proof .. and i wanted to ask u for sure.. 😞 maybe u r wrong? can u check again please i really need to do cashout with paypal..
