So I withdrew some money around 3 or 4 days ago from Paypal to be transferred to my bank account, it now says complete, yet I've check at my local ATM and online and the money is not in there. Where has my money gone? and why does it say complete when it clearly isn't?
I've had a number of problems since signing up with paypal and it's just getting worse...
Once it goes from pending to complete it does not mean that the money is in your bank it means that paypal have "completed" your request to send the funds to your bank.
Once it goes from pending to complete it takes about 2-3 working days to process through.
